Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and transact on RC Flip. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@rcflip.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

RC Flip is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of RC vehicles, parts, and electronics. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, and we do not process payments, handle shipping, or take possession of listed items.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of items, the trustworthiness of users, or the successful completion of any transaction. Use your own judgment, ask questions, and take standard precautions when buying and selling with strangers online.

You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, photos, reviews, messages). By posting, you grant RC Flip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service.

You must not post content that:

• Infringes on anyone's intellectual property rights
• Misrepresents the condition, ownership, or legality of items
• Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent offers
• Is harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Promotes illegal activity
• Contains personal information about others without consent

RC Flip is a marketplace for RC vehicles, parts, and related electronics. You may not list:

• Stolen or counterfeit goods
• Items you do not have legal right to sell
• Items scraped or copied from other marketplaces
• Goods unrelated to the RC hobby (use the right marketplace for those)

Currently, RC Flip is free to use for buyers and sellers. We may introduce optional paid features (such as promoted listings) in the future. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged.

The RC Flip name, logo, design, software, and branding are the property of RC Flip and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from these without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Flip and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold RC Flip harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC Flip operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
